INTEGRATION ARCHITECT

Important Multinational in the O&G sector is seeking: Integration Architect

Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

This position is responsible for the company’s integration, design, implementation, maintenance and support for IT architecture. The position aims at developing interfaces among corporate and legacy systems and translating requirements and needs into specific solutions.

Requirements:
• Sc/BA degree in Information Technology, Oil related industry software experience is a plus.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to lead in-depth technology discussions, articulating the technical value of BizTalk, SOA, ESB and integration frameworks and processes. Focus should be related to BizTalk, .NET, ESB, SOA, SQL and Oracle Server databases, Webservices development, XML / SOAP, MSF, Visual Studio, Windows Communication Foundation and Windows Workflow Foundation. Java / J2EE integration experience will be considered as a plus.
• Strong analytical skills supporting engagements such as Architecture Design Sessions (ADS) with clear definition, deliverables and conditions of satisfaction & Sign-Off criteria’s.
• Advanced technical skills with the ability to translate the feature and function-set of Microsoft tools, MSF, and other development tools, frameworks and processes into customer application platform environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills, leveraging internal and external resources in assigned duties where and when necessary to apply solutions based on the requirements of a project.
• Proven record of working effectively within a team and with business users.
• Develop a good communication between this IT team function and the business users about technical design changes.
• Demonstrated ability to perform beyond the typical technical role, i.e. being creative, taking difficult assignments.
• Proficiency in English

Special Qualifications
• Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist (MCTS) for BizTalk Server.
• Proven design experience within SOA using BizTalk as an engine for business rules and content based routing, Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) design, messaging, and Business Process Management (BPM) through Orchestrations.
• Experience with SOA, messaging and event-driven systems, schemas, strong mapping skills, orchestrations, pipelines, custom pipeline components, BRE, BAM, and itinerary designer & ESB exception handling, Enterprise Library 4.1.
• Strong understanding of security best practices in a SOA environment is also required with ESB implemented solutions with a strong understanding of ESB Itineraries and dynamic mapping invocation through resolvers.
• SQL and Oracle Server experience (T-SQL, stored procedures, views).
• Highly fluent in multiple Web Service standards and technologies including: WCF, XML, SOAP, WSDL, REST, XSLT, BRE, UDDI.
• Software development skill to accomplish the Integration Architect role is mandatory.
• Integration experience with other Microsoft and third party tools like Sharepoint 2010 and Workflow tools in the development of business process solutions.
• Custom pipeline component and custom WCF adapters development a must.
• Proven experience designing, developing, and deployment of BizTalk solutions in multi-server/message box with Network Load Balancing(NLB) and cluster environments with high availability.
• Experience with implementing and configuring various out-of-the-box BizTalk adapters, WCF-SQL, MSMQ, FTP, WCF-Custom adapters.
• Participate in design reviews and development of Design Standards and Best Practices.
• Must have familiarity with implementing lean/agile concepts in a BizTalk development environment.
• Test Driven Development (TDD), Automated Testing, Automated Builds. Continuous Integration.
• Experience configuring monitoring and alert system to guarantee the healthy of the EAI infrastructure.
• Previous experience in environments/development methodologies with Microsoft Team Foundation to handle the software development life cycle management is a plus.
